Let's start with one of the most recommended episode from JaeFriends featuring Bang Chan and Han!
First off, never knew this even existed.
Secondly, love the format.
Lastly, what a chemistry. It was great to see Han being Han and killing the scene with his awkward humor, humble attitude, and just general positivity :D, while Bang Chan balances the situation by adding the perfect lines at the right moment.

Chan did use informal speech eventually but at first it felt more like a self-talk, like 'hmmm what did I have in that fridge dot dot dot", as well as the obvious English answers that gets rid of the concept of informal speech XD. We did listen to TVXQ here and there - they were massive so inevitably - but I (d'Some) personally wasn't a big big fan or anything so no sides, just TVXQ as a whole, casual listens!

Also, not switching to informal when allowed is NOT rude at all - just goes to show how polite they are if anything!

And they eat and talk. He has a way of just making everyone comfortable. If I remember correctly, Ateez members actually went on the show at some point as well. But seriously, if you’re bored and have time. Jaejoongs show is a great watch!

2024-09-13 05:46:34 +0000 UTCokay so idk if anyone else has talked about this yet since there are SO MANY comments but i will write it here just in case : so i watch this show RELIGIOUSLY because i used to be a HUGE DB5K fan so this show made me so happy to see jaejoong. so this show is jaejoong's way to "make friends" because he feels like he doesn't have many industry friends (most likely because of the whole restriction thing that happened to him and Junsu) side note: jaejoon is known to be a VERY GOOD COOK. so every episode he gets a "friend application" and has to try to figure out who the guest is based on the clues. MOST OF THE TIME HE GUESSES RIGHT it's wild. they come on and they eat and chat just like friends and it's a super easy watch. i recommend the tablo episode, JUNSU EPISODE, minwoo (from shinhwa <3) episode, and the ateez episode to name a few.

I love the Bang Chan masochism reveal re: monthly laser hair removal without anaesthesia, as well as Han feeling comfortable enough to be silly even with such a famous senior. And it additionally just makes me really happy to see Jaejoong getting more and more acknowledgement by the industry at large now after being functionally blacklisted for so long; it makes me feel something similar to the way I do about Hong Seok-Cheon's career comeback, after all the bullshit they've respectively had to deal with.

They share some fun stories from back in trainie days and even a famous pic is revealed. Their chemistry is great and you can tell they are good friends.

The funny moments had me laughing out loud, but there were also some surprisingly heartfelt bits that hit deep. It was a perfect mix of emotions!❤️ P.S. If you're ever looking for a one-off song reaction video to do between your regular series, I think the remix from Lil Durk Lil Durk featuring Stray Kids' 'All My Life' would fit in quite good. They released it last year on October 13th, which just so happened to be my birthday!

I definitely think Jaejoong's energy was a big part of what made HAN and Chan's experience so comfortable. And for the most part, his show is some variation of clues about the guest while he cooks, him guessing the guest, and then they just hang out like friends and talk about projects, life, etc. He also kept his word and was at the dominATE concert in Seoul. Lots of Stays apparently said hi and thanked him for attending. There were other notable guests including Peniel of BTOB and Ashley of Ladies' Code. The new JYPE Japanese boygroup NEXZ were there. Xdinary Heroes were there. Jeongyeon of Twice. And Lisa of BlackPink. She did Chan dirty by posting a clip of his solo stage followed immediately by a clip of him crying on her Insta - if that is not true best friend energy I don't know what is. She also posted Felix as a fellow LV ambassador. And of course, *whispers* JYP.

It’s cuz their new office location plus his rap name sound like it (Gangdong + J.One), so Stays started calling him that at their comeback (iirc, feel free to correct me). If he didn’t complain so much they might have dropped it, but oh well. that’s his name now. You for sure should check out the other promo shows they did, Risabae held her own with doing makeup on her bias. She is our strongest warrior and it’s so cute to watch.

I think it's adorable that he's trying to figure out who his guests are. They are so precious. I didn't know that. That's why they came up with the name three Rocha. So when I watched this I learned something new. I love that! Chan said that they're already working on new things. But it's like we already knew, we know you have enough material in that forsaken laptop for like 40 comebacks. 😂🤣😂. Han is so precious struggling with formal versus informal language. I mean it's not that difficult to be tall when all of the boys are short 😹. Not him asking why they have bugs in their place. No matter how clean your place is, you're always going to have some type of bugs. That can't be the reason. Because even when I wash well and like I'm fresh out of the shower if I walk outside and I'm walking with somebody else, I will be the one that ends up with the most mosquito bites. I think it has something to do with like the blood and your body chemistry. I think the combination of that makes me sweeter. It's a mosquitoes because they really do love biting on me. Yeah I also cringed when I first heard that. Han-C we got the joke 🤣. You didnt have to day the no anus thing 😹 I really like those cups. Those are some cool looking cups. I love that! Literally all Han has to do is say STAY and I'm swooning. The fucking cuteness aggression that Bang Chan has is hilarious. Because that's how Stay is when they do cute shit all the time. The vibes were definitely chill. Very calming. I would definitely like to see other members on this show as well. I liked rissabaes content but GAWD did i feel jealous 😩😮💨. Yes, jaejae was fun. I really want y'all to watch the shows with changbin.
