As we explain in the video, 'ggondaehee' (played by the comedian Kim Daehee, hence the wordplay) is a show that originates from a popular Korean comedy show called Gag Concert, where different comedians affiliated with that company would come up and perform a short skit/slapstick comedy in succession.
This was one of those segments (named 'we need conversation') where Kim Daehee played the father, Shin Bong-sun of the infamous ㄴ(°0°)ㄱ meme played the mother, and Jang Dong-min, another very popular comedian, played the son.
The guests are generally expected to play along with the format of the show - which is centered AROUND trolling - which is why Seungmin did a great job here, and is not considered going off script or out of show's character. In many instances, the comedic moments are formed by guests making Kim Dae-hee break character and laugh (like how Seungmin does when he talks about his name).
As you can imagine, a lot of the comedy is lost in either translation (esp w the dialect), or due to the lack of background knowledge about Kim Dae-hee's character & the way comedy works in KOREAN. Especially for this show, it's really unfortunate that we can't provide all necessary info, more than any other times, but it's still very fun so I'm sure you all enjoyed it :)
And fun trivia, Kim Dae-hee actually did live in Daegu for around 8 years so that's mostly where he picked up his dialect from XD so when he talks about how people say hiya in Daegu, that's legit :)
Lastly, here is one little subtitle correction: 9:34 - It's debatable, but to us it sounds like Seungmin is saying that he wishes JYP would stop doing that, not Ggondaehee :)

Guys can I just say that whatever Stray Kids negotiated on their contracts must have been something else, because since their contract renewal, Kim Seungmin has been more savage LOK, and not just him, we see it in all the members. And lets not talk about all the latest solo stages and how they have just climbed out of their shells even more being their authentic selves without a 100% hold.

The jokes might not land as well but the reactions and interactions during it are a blast either way. I know enough to be aware that there are different ways to talk to different ppl, so when Seungmin said "you can eat" it was hilarious, I understood he completely embraced them being the seniors lol

After it aired, people were shipping them together like crazy because of how hard Felix was flirting (although for the most part I don't think he was doing it intentionally, which makes it even funnier). But once ppl found out Risabae is something like 12 or 13 years older than Felix (she looks amazing, though), all of the shippers were so disappointed, LOL.

So I was reading the caption before I started the video and it's funny because the little face that you put immediately reminded me of I.N who does it a lot and I love that. And even though I can't catch everything from the dialect in Korean like all of the comedy, it's still pretty funny to me. Seungmin is such a menace but it fits this and it just had Me giggling. Wait does jyp actually manage actors? I love that! He also did the music to God's menu. Because it's hilarious when you sing it by yourself. Seungmin is sitting there like why did you leave me hanging IN?! I'm not entirely sure how the age thing works anymore. I thought I understood it but now I don't. sometimes a genuinely surprises me who likes hip hop. Because looking at this man I wouldn't have guessed that he enjoys the hip hop genre. I felt just like that man when Seungmin was talking about his special talent. I got very excited. I.N's talent was very cute. And i don't listen to jyp so I don't know how accurate it was but I did think Seungmin sounded good. They're all normally really nervous when they first go on a shows. But this was definitely Seungmin's Niche. I definitely enjoyed it despite the language barrier. They had a lot of content this comeback. I absolutely love the ones with changbin. He was with hyoyeon and then he was also with chaeryeong. And I love seeing those two together because they give off sibling energy so much. Also, they did two little shows with Spotify that were really funny. Also, four of them were on a show with JJ who emcees their fan meets a lot and I adore her. And this was really cute.
