The energy, musicality, dancing, and drop dead gorgeousness definitely takes your breath away. It was very difficult to focus on them individually, didn’t know where to look at any given time. My hope is that you all get the opportunity to see them live in person. It’s a wonderful experience ❤️ San, San, San ❤️and WooYoung

2024-08-30 14:43:04 +0000 UTCI saved this so I could watch it uninterrupted and it was so fun to revisit- they really are just....like no words do justice to describe the god-tier level of performers they are as a unit, so I won't use any beyond that! Ok, so, I'm a Yunho bias, so thanxx Han-C for the Yunho appreciation, I thought he did amazing, BUT if I had to pick 2 MVPs (rough challenge)....I would say Mingi and Hongjoong. Mingi walked out on that stage like a rock star and kept up that kind of wild, unhinged joy of performing for the entire set without a single dip in rock star energy. Just so sick. Hongjoong, to me, absolutely reminds me of peak-Big Bang-GD in a lot of ways, and one of those ways is this inexplicable charisma where he can shift his stage presence so easily to match the vibe of the song, and show us so many personae in a single set/concert, and ALWAYS be captivating. Also, I think he's an MVP because he led the entire group through that performance as an ever-stable anchor, and I think the importance of that can't be understated. Runner up is Yunho for me, for consistent vocal stability during heavy dancing without missing a single detail of performance down to facial expressions, but also having a helluva lot of fun with it. And for lookin fresh. (Authors note: they all were lookin fresh.) Thanks for reacting to this! I had a lot of fun re-watching with y'all and seeing your reactions to the set list and the new arrangements (Crazy Form arrangement goes so hard, legit). And thanks for always making me engage with music, but also always making me laugh as well ^_^

Their Coachella performance is absolutely legendary in my mind--I can't fathom how they managed to perform at that level with such energy with hardly any break to even catch their breath! Truly, every single member is an MVP. But if I had to choose my top MVPs for this show, I'd say... San, Seonghwa, Mingi, and Jongho. My bias in Ateez is constantly shifting because they are ALL such amazing, talented, kind, funny, considerate, good-hearted people that I love them all! Right now, though, it's San. He's so strong and powerful, yet has such a gentle and soft soul. Like a jaguar with a kitten heart!

My ult is Hongjoong, second bias is seonghwa and usually yunho wrecks me but ever since coachella or maybe even during the start of their tour in january mingi is climbing the wrecker list fast! I think all of ateez were born to perform but theres something about mingi that seems like he can truely come alive on stage and he gets his energy from the crowd its incredible. I cant wait for them to come to europe so i can finally see them live D:

I could watch him dance all day and his vocals are so strong and stable it surprises me every time I hear him live (and the less said about his rings, the better). My bias is Seonghwa with the rest of them wrecking me at every opportunity. But MY GOD, Jeong Yunho, the performer that you are!!!!

Theatrical, explosive and that out-of-this-world energy. Always. ATEEZ really deserves to be performing in this kind of stage and I'm so happy that non-atinys can also see and experience the ATEEZ-brand of performance.

Seeing them live in concert was so surreal for me, knowing that what you see on videos is even more incredibly hype than you ever imagined. If another group gets to go to Coachella they better bring all their energy because they have a lot to live up to after Ateez, if it's even possible! 😲

Everything about ateez is an ✨experience✨ and I can’t describe it any other way than that lol. Arriba, guerrilla, and wonderland were my faves and that was solidified after seeing them in Tx recently. Atz have been exuding rockstar (esp. w/ Joong and his guitar now) and I’m OBSESSED 🫠

Hwa also gave Mingi a run for his money at the concert last month. Are you guys planning on reacting to any of their tour performances? If you think Coachella was crazy the tour was even crazier. Again, Wonderland Hwa was crazy but Halazia Hwa?!!!..... I almost died lol Add in IT's You San and I am not kidding lives were changed.

2024-08-28 19:52:28 +0000 UTCMy MVPs for this are Jongho & Mingi. Every time I see Mingi perform the only thought that enters my brain is ROCKSTAR. His energy, his charisma, his drive, it all screams born to be on stage. I’ve been lucky enough to see them in concert on their most recent tour and Mingi really commands the crowd no matter how big. Jongho’s voice is one of a kind and I will never tire of seeing him get his flowers, he deserves all the praise. Truly a once in a lifetime voice. My bias is Wooyoung. Mostly due to his personality and kindness of heart but honestly it’s so hard to pick an Ateez bias, and the rest of the members are equally ranked in my heart. One of my favorite things about this performance is that you can see the genuine happiness in Wooyoung’s face. If you take a peek at him throughout the performance you can see he’s always smiling. I feel like he’s a performer who truly loves the stage and seeing his joy, is always very healing. Thank you so much for your reaction! 💗

2024-08-28 19:46:21 +0000 UTCI agree that the MVPs are Jongho and Mingi but they all did an amazing job. You should know that they found the energy to do a live performance after that. Besides, Jongho remained silent to rest his voice. They explained that the conditions were really harsh with a lot of dry wind coming from the desert. It's even more impressive that they managed to sing well. What also impressed me about Conchella was the number of songs they sang in a row without pause. I don't know if you noticed how they use the show to give clues about their comeback (conchella is in April and Golden hour comes out at the end of May) "Golden hour" written on the fan, Wooyong saying "it's a W" the W of work and Jongho announcing the US tour. It's funny. By the way, my bias are MATZ

The chokehold ateez coachella has on me is insane, I still watch it like every other day and it never gets boring!! The arrangements were a 10000/10 and the whole setup was so crazy! MVP to me Mingi and Yunho!! (it was very hard to choose lol). And favourite performance is the intro section with Say my Name, Hala Hala and Guerilla, those are some of my favourite songs and hearing them back to back was amazing

2024-08-28 17:49:32 +0000 UTCSince I can't pick 2, because HOW DARE I CHOOSE BETWEEN MY ULT, DEMON HWA AND HYPE MAN MINGI. So, in order; Yunho (same reason that D'some gave BUT ALSO his whispering and that claw slayed me), Demon/Wonderland Hwa, Wild Hype man Mingi (he's always like that during concerts) and San. His performance was outstanding. Especially in demon San mode. ATTEZ were super feral in week 2 and they were performing like there was no tomorrow. They set an incredibly high standard for kpop groups at Coachella. Fun fact: In week 1, Hongjoong's hair was dyed red but at the end of the show, his sweat caused his hairdye to start running down his head.

His voice goddammit! His AURA. I think I would have passed out seeing this live. Favorite song in this set: Guerilla! Also, Hwa's screams in Wonderland are always killing me. I think I read somewhere, that he said in an interview that he screamed because he reached his limit at the end 🫠 they really give their all, always - performance MONSTERS for real. Jongho's vocals were out of this world, Mingi was actually insane, San was as demonic as usual, and it was this performance that actually convinced me to add Seonghwa to my bias line. His vocals were literally so stable that it was one of my main takeways from the performance as a whole, and that Wonderland moment? Damn.

( Pictures of him with a tear running down his face went super viral) I'll also never get over mingis little excited jump/fall during the ending of 'the real'. Thank you so much for this! You uploaded early enough that I was able to watch before work 😭 I had so much fun rewatching with you guys! I'm still not over it... I still have a picture of yunho in his claw as my home screen 😂

MPVs for me are San, Seonghwa, and Jongho. they said, in week 1 after getting off the stage Jongho collapsed and after that before week 2 Jongho scheduled himself for vocal practice with his vocal teacher. they also made a documentary for coachella, you should watch it because you will see the process from the beginning. thank you again guys

They're are made for the stage, they're Rockstars. Always give me goosebumps. I love them so much. My bias are San and Mingi but i love the 8 members. For this performance it's impossible to choose😖! They're was all fantastic! My favorites song in this stage was Arriba, The Real and Wonderland. The "I'm pregnant with 8 kids" was so funny🤣🤣

The break the wall fan chant was heard all the way across the Coachella campus to the main stages (people posted their videos of it). Guerilla does something to me but this performance - I just can’t stop watching it. Honestly I can’t choose an MVP any more than I can choose a bias when it comes to ATEEZ.

I'm pretty sure they were ranked Top 3 Performances in the entire festival by magazine(s). MVP is obviously everyone but if I had to choose; Mingi & Jongho. Mingi for the incredible energy and charisma and Jongho for slaying the vocals. - Runner ups (since it's so close) are Hongjoong & San. They both had great moments- but I really have to commend Hongjoong for knowing when to turn it up the demon-mode vs when to be more playful. He's very smart when deciding between performing and supporting. Fun fact, there was an ongoing joke in the fandom that Mingi/San/Seonghwa would be the attention-grabbers but it ended up being Jongho the #1 talked about member. He was just THAT amazing live.

If I found it incredible (especially the second week) just watching online, being there in person would have been absolutely amazing. However, since I live very, very far away (in Portugal), attending in person was completely impossible, lol.

That's My Ateez 🥹💗 My favorite performances are the first 3 songs 'say my name, hala-hala, guerrilla' then the end song Wonderland. My ult bias since 2019 is still Seonghwa cuz his off stage personality is so kind and sweet, he's like a cotton ball who loves lego, starwars, and animal crossing. Then in my bias line is Yunho cuz he is such a good person, the members always says that Yunho is the kind of person who you can trust in anything. Next in line is Yeosang, this man needs to be protected at all cost cuz he has a very gentle soul but sometimes he also loves to tease the members in a good way and members will give him kisses and hugs. These 3 members are my bias cuz how charming their personalities are and how much they love human cuz of how kind they are ☹️
