Then I finally watched the Day6 music video and read the English translation and realized, dang, this is a very different song than I thought, and liked it even more 😆

He likes rock music and so I think that’s part of why him and seungmin fit day6 songs so well because they have more of a rock feel to them. Han actually did an acapella cover of We Are by One Ok Rock on Lee Mujin Service and now anytime Han does a more rock style song I turn into Han C where I’m ready to start throwing panties on stage lol 😂

2024-06-02 09:25:00 +0000 UTCMy favorite thing about when seungmin and Chan performed Zombie for the show Chan wasn’t supposed to perform, it was supposed to be Han. Chan literally learned and memorized all the lyrics to zombie in like 2 hours because I believe there was a mess up with the schedules and Han couldn’t do the show.

Han's bright tone and quick delivery is polar opposite to Seungmin's warmer tone and flowing delivery, which, to your points, really highlights the skill of each of them when they switch off. And yet they have a similar resonance and timbre which doesn't make the contrast feel jarring. I think though what truly makes them sound great together is their trust and respect. They've mentioned how much they respect each other as artists, but the way in which that trust extends to how they perform together is what makes their duets magical.

2024-06-02 01:44:21 +0000 UTCSo for the Day6 song cover, particularly 예뻐서, I just rewatched an old intro where they talked about skz records, and seungmin said that he recorded that in the original producer's studio so they probably used the original MR as well. Not sure about this one, but I'm assuming it's the original too.

2024-06-02 00:29:02 +0000 UTCDamn I hadn't listened to this in while, it felt like listening for the first time. They are soo good, amazing vocals! Like Seungmin in the chorus is absolute perfection. As you said Seungmin and Han have great synergy! They've said before that they've had a lot of conversations about music and their vocal tones and it's so clear that they hold each other in a high regard when it comes to their musical abilities. Especially Han talks about how hardworking Seungmin is and what a great vocalist he is at any given chance. Compared to other duos, I think Han and Seungmin have worked together quite a bit, too. Highly recommend "Hold On" (written by Han) as well, as someone already mentioned you guys need to watch both the original sung by seungmin and the duet with han on 2kids show!!

It's indefinable, but everyone who listens to their duets can immediately hear and feel it. So, with that in mind......you NEED to watch Han and Seungmin's duet on the song, "Hold On." Han wrote it, and Seungmin originally sang it as a solo. And it's great. I always love Seungmin's solos. But THEIR DUET is just another level of awesome. Now I'm just impatiently waiting for the day they release Respitor.... Edit: oh I am SEO ready for CYPHER!!! Fun fact: it's a dis-track, made at the same time and for the same reason Han's I Got It was made.... though im afraid I've forgotten the reason 😅 I think it had something to do with MNet...? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong! Or maybe another comment will have the rest of the story... But anyway, I AGREE D'SOME. They HAVE to sing together forever. I love this duo!! They cover Zombie, as well....later. Thought Seungmin and Chan also covered Zombie for a show as well.... maybe could you guys do both of those in that video? 🤔

D'some trying to follow the melody but he was so confused as to where Han-C was going. That was hilarious. Wonderful opening guys. That's on you for not expecting Seungmin to absolutely adapt to whatever environment that he's in and absolutely body whatever song he's singing. How did you not know that by now. What? Do you know now? Yeah no that cover art is absolutely beautiful. It's so light it's a breath of fresh air. It's so beautiful and picturesque. Amazing. Han-C just vibing to the song is such a mood. Not Han-C imitating Seungmin doing the ah ah ah ah 😹. Is Hans rap a part of the original song? You know what? I should probably just listen to the original song. That IS what I'm stanning for. And yes, congratulations to us. For being able to listen to this absolute beautiful cover. Seungmin is only underrated by people who don't know stray kids and people who are being willfully ignorant because ain't no way you can listen to this man open his mouth and deliver these beautiful vocals and not stan him. Not love him. And not want to hear more from him. I keep saying that I should go listen to the original, but I probably won't do that unless another reactor that I watch watches the original song before or after the cover because I don't feel like doing it 😩. Wait actually? Bang Chan really built the instrumental to sound exactly the same and was singing in the background? You know what? I wouldn't be surprised actually. But that's amazing. I still think my favorite Han and Seungmin duet is zombie. Oh, I can't wait for you to get into Cypher. But when I first heard this cover I did not realize that it was a cover. But I thought it sounded fabulous. And I really do love here and their voices together.
