This one's my favorite off the album. I'm not sure why it hit me like it did, especially with me being well past my quarter-life point, but I absolutely love it and the emotion is just so raw that it grabs me every time. I admit to being more than just a little upset when Spotify didn't have it available with the original lyrics (it's "messed up"), until I found some lovely soul uploaded the original on a podcast and now that's the one in my daily playlist. It's one of the few songs I play daily that drops the f bomb, but I feel it's so well placed and the meaning is softened far too much without it... and I unabashedly cried my eyes out the first couple of times I listened through, so I figure it's worth it to keep the original version alive in my ears with every listen. I cannot wait to see these guys (and the other 2 as well, of course!) in 9 days. So excited!!!

2024-05-20 11:23:25 +0000 UTCI don't know why, but my favorite songs from TXT are always these unit B-Sides. And don't get me wrong, I adore their title tracks but my favs are always the B-Sides. Thursday's Child is still top of my playlist!
