MATZ making film AND production behind which dropped just two weeks ago.
This BROUGHT US BACK. Really helped us remember what it was like producing music, working on a set or a recording studio, directing, recording, being the musician, whatever the case - it all came back, and we had a LOT to talk about watching this fun video :)

I know this reaction is a few months old now but I’ve only just around to watching it and I thought I’d share my thoughts,, I always find it so strange hearing producers (normally the ones that also happen to be idols? Dunno if there’s a reason for this) talk about using Cubase as it (alongside Fruity Loops before it rebranded to FL Studios) was the first software I learnt to use back when I was 16 😅 also YES to 홍중 being comfortable with the director and with himself because JESUS recording adlibs is one of the most awkward and humbling things to do in front of someone you don’t know haha

2024-02-18 13:56:59 +0000 UTCIt's so weird seeing Hongjoong in producer mode. I'm so used to seeing him in idol mode. He does actually have more production bts videos like this on the ATEEZ channel. A while back he did some covers for some songs and he would show how he rearranged the songs, added rap parts in Korean (the songs are originally English) and made the MVs. The whole process. I'll link the videos in DMs if you like. I seriously love watching ATEEZ's work process. I have mad respect for Mingi and Hongjoong to be doing all this work. Also the fact that they do it alone. That must be hard. At least they get help from their producer hyungs.
