2024-01-19 04:53:55 +0000 UTCI remember when this came out. I do not know Everglow, but I was very intrigued by the thumbnail so I gave it a listen. It's now heavily played on my 'bop' playlist. There were a few members who just really struck me with their charisma (sorry, I don't recall their specific names), but I thought as a whole the group was quite impressive! I love the sort of laid back feel of the vocals, with the beat driving the song. I've read many comments of their fans being a bit saddened by the 'comeback' but for myself, as someone who didn't know them, I really enjoy this song! I haven't delved any deeper though, tbh (I am resistant to change haha)

This comeback was a little underwhelming considering the trajectory they were going with their previous, but it’s still a bop. FIRST is my personal favorite from the song, styling, concept and choreography. It’s almost “boy group” with how hard it is. It slaps! I prefer hard hitting girl groups like them, Dreamcatcher, Purple Kiss and Pixy. The darker, harder concepts “Slay”.

When i first heard the instrumental i thought of blackpink and then that albatross edm song. The one short hair is so pretty. And then that one girl looks like she's 8 feet tall. Like holy cow.

I wanted to stan them so much, but Slay was their comeback after a year and a half’s wait and it didn’t do it so much for me. I find First, Dun dun and LaDiDa so much better. I hope that they comeback again soon, but stronger.
