So happy we still got the OT8 English version AND the dance practice to check out :D That'll be the next thing you see - hopefully with more interesting things to add :) and then we'll move on to Levanter, which, given how the album is called Levanter, should be quite the song!!

Ha so I finally caved to your Patreon because I really wanted to see your reaction to Double Knot and 3rd Eye. My fav moment is that half a second where you have the record skipping noise and their facial expressions change with the choreography. Your channel is one of the best reaction channels out there when it comes to SKZ. I can’t wait to see your reaction on ‘slump’ (though I recommend all of their first take videos - I’m sure they’ve already been brought up by other Stays) and Channie’s ‘I don’t want to admit’.’ Are you planning on checking out the recording videos as well? I love any time we get a peek behind their recording curtain.

2023-12-27 06:47:15 +0000 UTCI love how you can see the chronological progression from Miroh to Side Effects to Double Knot. In terms of release dates, we're only a few steps away from God's Menu. There's an interview with Chan this year where he talks about how The Sound was made in 2019 (i.e., around the time Side Effects and Double Knot were released), but sat on the shelf for another 4 years. At the time, he talks about how they really thought The Sound was their sound and wrote the song as a statement of who Stray Kids had become from their earlier days. Chan talks about how surprising it is that it really isn't their sound at all anymore (though it's still a great song IMO). This progression from Side Effects all the way to La La La La (though probably more Megaverse and Comflex) is their sound.

Sadly, I only found kpop like two years ago, and found Stray Kids a little over a year ago (after Circus was dropped). I truly love their music and I love to watch others appreciate their music. :D Love you guys and so glad to be a happy sausage too!

The show they delivered was such a blast, they performed Maniac, Get lit, Topline and Lalalala. To me in this song I feel some kind of leash, like there is a forward, pushing element in this song, but on the same time some kind of hold back, a leash, a bottled up - ready to burst sensation... difficult to explain, but I hope you get my point... Incredible. One special quality of Stray Kids music is how they are able to create emotions and sensations in you who is listening on a base that is wordless, just resonating in you ... God, that's such a messed up description, sorry, can't explain it better.

Between the intensity of the vocals and its volume etc...(tbh; never thought Chan was sexier than when he's just singing "dah" over and over lol) it's just such a powerful sounding song, without me being able to articulate "why". Also, center Hyunjin, center Felix (in that verse) and center Lee Know. No offense to any of the other guys, but DanceRacha ate this up haha. I'm pretty excited for the English version, I think I've only heard it a couple of times myself! And LEVANTER!!! AHHHH it's so good! Can't wait!!

They all also look so intimidating in the MV but ESPECIALLY the studio choom version. LOL quality of life definitely got better after knowing stray kids 😹. They write music so far in advance (bangchan spoiled Leave like 2 years ago on a live, but it only came out in november), I feel like 3racha probably had the whole I Am series done before they even debuted if not shortly after. Then as they grew and got to know the group better, they tailored the music and the cle series shows their getting comfy, then we get the oddinary/noeasy/maxident Era where they really hit their stride. And now they've taken off completely
