These are the official subs from JYPe but yeah there’s some stuff skipped. But since it’s “officially” subbed I don’t think any of the other sites bother subbing it again. 🤔

You see it sometimes in other content like 2 Kids Room and SKZ Talker, but Skz code is where it really comes out. He pretends he doesn't care but he's also hugely competitive and it really shows in the games they play on this series. Sometimes he gets paired with Changbin and that's when you know everyone else is going down

The staff always come up with fun ideas as well. I'm excited to rewatch it with you guys. Yay for happy times! I'm not sure if there is any place with more elaborate subs. I always just watch it on the official SKZ channel.

Others have already commented with the viewing order, but I was wondering if, once you finish watching Kingdom Week, you could keep watching Kingdom related content in parallel to SKZ Code, like the Kingdom Behind the Scenes that SKZ have up on their channel <3

We could let you know when a mini series is coming up and tell you how many eps are in it (usually 2 or 3). The titles usually tell you too, because it will say #1, #2, etc.

I would agree with the other commenters that have suggested watching the SKZ family episodes first. They are always making jokes about the family tree that is setup in those videos, so it would really help you understand the inside jokes more. Han and Hyunjin already made a joke about it during Kingdom week.

You might also want to catch up on SKZ family before you get too far because they make a lot of references to it that won't make sense, and they continue it later in skz code. I really love all the episodes because you see different parts of their personalities and dynamics, and it's very fun seeing these chaotic humans are the same people you see in their recording and practice footage being so professional (with an added side of chaos).

2023-11-25 09:55:46 +0000 UTCliterally ran to my laptop when i saw the notification x3 so glad you're starting skw code, you won't regret! it's always a mood boost to watch an episode! in a more laidback style, you also have the racha logs too that are fresh from this year and the first episode of skz show also got out! :3 excited for this new part of your journey! (also chances are you guys got on the kids official page and yeah the official subs that come along with eps are less complete than those of strayksubs alas ;-; and personally im never against the hindsight from someone who actually speaks the language and has the cultural references to go along with so :3)

Also ep 14-15 is very underrated. 2023-11-25 07:19:46 +0000 UTCThe S in SKZ Code stands for seratonin! So glad you're doing these, especially after the stress of the survival show and Kingdom. Be prepared for more cliffhangers - it's common for each SKZ Code adventure to play out over multiple episodes, usually 2 or 3; you can tell which ones belong to the same batch by looking at the thumbnail image. Part of why it comes across like the middle of the action rather than the start of a show is that it's not their first variety show - they've done other ones before, so SKZ Code is continuing a tradition rather than starting one, if that makes sense! I do absolutely love these winter games episodes, though; they always have me cackling. Whenever I watch the bit at the beginning where they're all running at each other on the slope, I hear Zoidberg from Futurama going WOOPWOOPWOOPWOOP in my head as a sort of subliminal sound edit. (Though to be fair, this sound plays in my head a lot watching skz variety show content!)

2023-11-25 07:18:33 +0000 UTCI don't know the order of them like which ones are sequential, other stays do and a lot of reactors put themed ones together to prevent being stuck on a cliffhanger. (Not saying you have to as I don't know your time availability when you film, only a suggestion.) Just so you know I'm still happy to sit with you if you want to pause or rewind bits to see them again (like the sound effects for Lee Knows footsteps as he ran in tiny). I notice you commented on how IN speaks, is that still just his polite mannerisms you spoke about before in another video? Also, their wordplay was lost on me. Cliffhangers are the worst lol.

Most of SKZ Code episodes are in multiple parts actually, so you guys can consider doing some of them back to back so you don’t have to end at a cliffhanger 🤣 Also, as far as I know, the ones on YouTube are the only subbed episodes (because they’re the official videos so subbers won’t typically make separate subs), so listening to you guys explain some of the jokes/wordplay was really interesting! One more thing – at the intro you guys had a lil Christmas bit and it reminded me that you did Christmas EveL last year! Hope that this year for Christmas you’ll watch the rest of the Christmas EveL album MVs or maybe some of the Christmas live shows that SKZ has done in the past. So glad you guys enjoy this one. Can’t wait for the next episode!!

2023-11-25 07:15:14 +0000 UTCOh yeah, most skz code eps are in groups of 2 or 3, some have 4 to 5 letter on and there is an ep every now and then that’s a stand alone, like ep 3 is a one off but ep 4 goes with ep 5. I can compile a list of which eps are grouped for you if you like.
