Change Log:
- Expand and adjust the new adult scene gameplay introduced in v3.11 to also work for solo, group and other types of scenes
- Allow the player to save and load outfits under whatever name they want (try to avoid removing pieces of apparel from your inventory which might mess with the saved outfits)
- Add IUD as another option for contraception, both for female PC and male PC convincing their partner to have one inserted
- All patrons' commissions for October
- Some content had to be removed in accordance to Patreon's rules, make sure you read the new "Disclaimer About Third-Party Patches.txt" carefully

Some issues: For threesome+ the more likely it is someone is not hard/ is dry so that it is very difficult to get time to go even 1 or faster. During gangbangs sometimes it will say "(Male name)'s pussy is too dry..." Women aren't dry after coming, they're even more wet. That really shouldn't happen.
