One's interpretation is based on one's personal experiences and wisdom... has a human ever been able to have someone else transform into an exact likeness in sight and smell and sound of their spouse before? No, so how would we know whether it's healthy or not? I would wager it is a bit unhealthy for the person transforming, though, if they're catching feelings for the person they're banging.
