2021-04-27 03:47:54 +0000 UTCTwo recent shows that came to my mind: The Sarah Silverman Program's "Nightmayor" (a new mayor is accidentally elected and bans gay marriage...this was in 2010) and Master of None's "Thanksgiving" episode which tracks Lena Waithe's character's coming out journey throughout the years.

Plus, I'm sure that Reginald VelJohnson crossdressed at least once on the show. Those might be the closest you can get to queer episodes of that series.

2021-04-16 17:55:06 +0000 UTCI was watching one of the classic TV stations the other day and an Archie Bunker’s Place episode was on. Apparently, in the early season there was a gay waiter who worked at his bar. There’s a whole gay panic episode when another bar goer begins freaking out about the gay guy serving him. Which sets Archie into a huge panic. Whereas his bar manager is totally fine with it and constantly fights with Archie to calm the fuck down. It was so cringe but the waiter actor was fantastic.

2021-04-15 11:36:18 +0000 UTCOk, I know this isn't a sitcom, and Drew's not that crazy about musicals, but since The Muppet Show was covered, I feel I can suggest Galavant Season 2 ep 1 "A New Season aka Suck it Cancelation Bear." It's about the gayest thing ever, and plus, dear lord, Joshua Sasse! Classic suggestion would be The Bob Newhart Show season 5 ep 3 "Some of My Best Friends Are," which features a pretty cute Howard Hessman as the gay who joins the group.
