The references I ran down on a quick look has all the Sailors except Pluto as mid-teens (14-17.) with Pluto being the oldest. (up to 22.) But, not an expert on Sailor Moon, so whether they are older or younger in other stories... *shrug* dunno.

Though, I wish the arms and legs are more defined in terms of having them look more like human arms and legs. I am aware they could be anime style but they just look weird to me, like sticks and tubes connecting the body parts.
