The hole is not deep enough to accept the peg (not even close). I can probably drill it out but wondering if this is mistake or not.

Press Shift + F5 and try to download again. 3. Try opening an-incognito window in your browser and paste the links there. 4. If the option above doesn’t work, can you please try with another email? 5. If any of these don't work, please try again tomorrow, maybe it's a platform error. They'll then reply with either links to the requested month's files, or will notify you that they have sent you an email directly with the links. It may only take a few hours or up to a couple days. Hope this helps some of you.
