2022-11-18 21:52:11 +0000 UTCI use CA glue for everything barring large heavy pieces and gluing models to the base, in those cases I use 5 minute epoxy. CA glue just doesn't have the strength to hold up to much weight or the leveraging forces that tall models with small glue surface areas for base attachment have. Also, make sure you remove the paint and primer on contact areas for any glue, if you don't do that then you're just gluing paint to paint and weakening the bond (been there, done that). A cotton swab dipped in alcohol and a few seconds of scrubbing is all it takes.

2022-11-18 14:44:29 +0000 UTCWhat glue would you suggest to get the pieces to stay together. I have been using the Gel Gorilla glue. I have been having hit or miss success with it. I printed a 1/4 scale Conan and he keeps falling over from the base.
