Yeah as ThoseArentTwoPillows says make sure your printer and resin settings in your slicer are dialed in properly. The "Pre-Sliced" model that comes with the printer is all set up exactly right with the settings your manufacturer knows works 90% of the time with the resin they provided, but "In the wild" things don't work that way. On the bright side, resin printers have a lot less settings to dial in than an FDM one. All you really need to do is get the proper exposure/lift settings for your printer/resin combo, and save a profile for that. The main thing here is getting exposure settings right. I would recommended FauxHammer's video on starting with 3d printing and on getting exposure settings setup.

Have you done any calibration prints yet to dial in your exposure times? Also, check the temperature in your print area, a lower temperature can lead to a failed print. Every resin / printer / room setup is different so it can take some trial and error to find the right settings for you. A good starting point is the resin setting charts on elegoo's website or reddit as well.

ok is anyone here willing to give some one on one help to a complete noob? I just got my first resin printer (saturn 3 ultra) and stupidly went straight into joining ca studios thinking i could figure out slicing/printing. After success with the pre-sliced models from elegoo (the rook) i thought i could jump in and so far have had failures with the pre-supported models.
