The MCU put the text directly on the hammer. Whether there is any comic reference to doing that, I'm not certain.

2022-06-23 15:41:50 +0000 UTCI don't recall Thor's hammer having any text on it...would it look better without it? I guess i could always fill and sand it. Or would it be possible to get another hammer option without the text? Other than that, this looks cool! So much texture detail in the belts!
