I was baptized in Hair/Glam Metal in ‘83 (and we called in Glam in ‘83-‘87) and WASP is the band that gets forgotten from the entire Sunset Strip scene. They were right there with Mötley, Ratt, Dokken and their 1st two albums are essential for this sub-genre. WASP were the “shock” version of the scene taking cues from KISS and Alice Cooper.
