The three captive females were taken through the open sliding door into a brightly lit chamber. Adjacent to the corridor in the middle were six slightly elevated stalls, each of which could be closed with a transparent plastic curtain. In one of these compartments, two processors were already busy with the identification treatment of another female detainee. Their task was to document the raw state of the goods on delivery and before processing, as well as to obtain basic image material for the marketing catalogs that would later be used to advertise the product. The servants made sure that no square centimeter of the slave's body was hidden from the cameras. They had tied their victim with arms and legs spread wide apart to four poles that had been permanently installed in the last right-hand stall for this purpose. In addition to full-body shots and pictures of the face, teeth, breasts, hands and feet, the three new arrivals found it particularly humiliating that the genitals of the naked, lawless object and the body cavities were photographed in close-up. The purpose of this photographic material was not yet clear to the naive females at this point, but they would find out soon enough.
After the photographers had finished with the unknown female, they pulled the gurney with the brown-skinned woman and also chained her up in the photo stand. Little by little, they produced the degrading images of all the newly arrived slaves.
