How to house-train kittens:
Especially kittens that have not grown up as pets but have been socialized among their own kind from birth need to be taught the most important rules of hygiene. Owners should ensure that the kitten is house-trained as quickly as possible. To this end, the young kitten is regularly placed in its toilet box. When it empties its bowels in the right place, the kitten is rewarded with an extra cuddle or a treat. If, on the other hand, it poops in another corner of the house or leaves a wet spot on the couch, then it makes sense to give it a little punishment.
As kittens learn quickly and generally love their owners dearly, they should get used to this routine very quickly and go to the litter tray on their own when they feel the need.
