I absolutely love some PJ Harvey songs, but some do nothing for me. I consider this one of her more boring songs. Try “Rid of Me” “Man Size” “Shame” “Who the Fuck?” “The Garden” for a better taste of the wonderfully weird, versatile, and bad-ass PJ Harvey. One song isn’t representative. Her voice is imperfect but it’s powerful and usually interesting.
