Early Access: Queen's Beach; Mayor Dahlia's Mass Appeal

I felt like supporting one of the non-Pizza Thot characters to give them some love, so went for Mayor Dahlia, I think the bustiest character they've got... thought i'd touch on how she got into office by swaying voters with her sex-positive... policies.
