Don't know if anyone told you yet, but the lyrics to this song are written by both Han AND Seungmin, and they wrote the lyrics FOR/to comfort each other, I think they mentiond it in one of the skz room episodes and somewhere else I can't remeber rn, but it makes the song much more precious cause they said they wrote the things they wanted to tell each other!!

The way I see the song is that they want to be the person someone else can rely on to keep going. They are the ones who will be there to help you keep going/breathing and push all the bad away.
