“Side effects “ sounds like a turn up song but the lyrics are kinda different but I like it but I think the video always makes it better because it matches the lyrics and sorta explains why they made the lyrics or rhythm a certain way , TMT , I Loved the music ( the switches between beats definitely hooked me) I loved the lyrics as well( mainly the chorus and the message is what I loved), Mixtape might be my favorite ngl , everything is perfect 😍 I can definitely relate to the lyrics and the beat makes it such a vibe song ( I think I.n has my favorite part because his voice goes so well with that beat but I also loved Chan’s part ,Changbin, Hans, Woojin’s, and Seugmin ( especially when he did the high notes with Woojin) I can’t it’s so freaking amazing 😻

For me personally, I think whatever possible beef he had with the members before leaving is 100% their business and we as fans have nothing to do with it so I don't hold any grudges against him. They always talk about being brave and finding your path in their lyrics, if woojin saw that pursuing a solo career is more his thing then really, who are we to judge? the only thing I'm disappointed about is the timing really, he chose the worst timing and messed it up for everyone, but at the end of the day no one really knows what happened. It might've been hurtful for the members yes, they might've felt betrayed yes but honestly, he made his decision and everyone needs to respect that imo

Though, i agree with what you said, if the accusations were proven false then there's no reason to hate on him and/or his recent career. I also agree with you when you said Nigel panics every time he sees him, he's been in the group for more than a year so it's obvious there's gonna be content with him and we can't change anything about that. He literally points out every Woojin apparence, which, in my opinion makes it worse. Either way, both the kids and Woojin don't want to be associated anymore

I personally see no reason to hate him and it annoys me how stays are pushing this agenda of always painting him as the bad guy and dragging his name through the mud for absolutely no reason and even cancel other stays who still support him. It was hard enough for him to go through all that mess all alone, the hate that was directed (and still is) towards him is just sad. Yes stray kids is 8 now and they're pretty satisfied with that (so are we) but nothing can erase the fact that they were 9 one day so no need to feel weird or panic whenever he shows up lol

2023-07-07 21:04:07 +0000 UTC8:58 some ppl dont like him because they dont know the allegations came out false however some people dont like him because of what stray kids have said regarding the situation, which is nothing ever directly but some hints which lead people to believe some shit defintely went down. neither party wants to be associated with the other so its best to leave it at that imo. no need to hate anyone no need to side with people but best to just view them fully seperate and dont look into it much. no one knows anything directly. the most we've gotten is chan being annoyed at google for still showing 9 of them instead of 8 when you google about stray kids and them all falling into tears breaking down at their first concert as 8 after having to rerecord albums, redo choreo and having to delay a comeback. the timing of everything was horrible which is why a lot of people think something serious must have happened because jyp would not have put that much money into redoing everything just because someone randomly wants to leave.

But I've always been into heavy beat music, the choreo the eerieness of it, I love it all. You definitely gotta listen to it a few times though. A time where I was really struggling with the concept of life. The music video just so happened to show up on my YouTube recommended, and I thought it was strange because I never listened to kpop before. I clicked on it out of pure curiosity and ended up completely entranced with not only the song, but the lyrics, and SKZ themselves. Completely fell down a rabbit hole that I haven’t come out of, and quite frankly don’t want to. I remember being so surprised that people had such a distaste to side effects, when I immediately was so positively effected by it. I always love when people don’t immediately dismiss the song.. though I am admittedly biased on my opinion of it since it found me in such a vulnerable period of my life. Your reactions are always a joy. I hope you’ll find yourself graduating from fetus stay, to baby stay, and finally to just plain ole stay as you continue through their discography. They truly are a group to be marveled at and enjoy unabashedly.

At first I didn’t understand nor like how empty the chorus felt, but once I watched what they were doing during that time, it all clicked and I liked it a lot more.

I personally love this song but I love this kind of music and some people hate it. 😊 The performance video is fire I think you would enjoy. Also I saw this song live and it was amazing. TMT is the song I never liked. It’s the chorus for me. Towards the end of the song it gets really good. The rest of the album is amazing to me. I love love all the mixtapes. They are my favorite. Mixtape 1 Placebo has a video OT8 and it’s cute. I’m appreciate how open you are. 😊 Thanks for taking the time to review the album.

As the others have said, it makes me sad to see that you already are prepered for someone comming at you. Stays are usueally a very friendly fandom, but as it grows, the more the ugliness shows, i guess. But the most of Stays are multistans and will understand you. I hope you will encounter more Stays that are are good and nice more than the few that are the opposite.
