Basically, until charges resume, you should have only been charged once.
The month after Chloe's clothes is released will be unpaused. When it's done, I have absolutely no clue.
There are only a few patron exclusive mods, but I honestly can't remember them.

Sorry. Life is just hard since I'm working full time now. I've tried starting resuming but life pulls me back so I'm endlessly tired.
