The ring has a gem on it that can be colored from the rest of the ring. It's pretty basic, but who doesn't love a shiny customizable ring?
Some bras can be worn under the dress. The bras and panty shown here are vanilla clothes iirc. The cowl is placed in the pantyhose and socks slot, so you can mix and match how you want it.
