New Tier Added - $10 + Info about Test Mods

The condensed version is:
Early test mods being discontinued due to a change in workflow and a lack of early tests in general.
Price drop to be more fair.
New test mod environment to replace the earlier mod template.
Mostly for science and for fun.
More info regarding the Test Mods will be posted towards the weekend.
Labels are also changed to make things a little more clear.
If you wish to change tiers, you should do so anytime before the end of the month.
New patrons should pledge asap or wait until the start of next month.
