At the bookstore I work there's plenty of dogs coming through to get to the dog related areas of the mall and plenty of people with nervous or service animals so I keep a look out for those indicators. But I see customers ignore those so often and then take personal offense when asked to not distract the dog or give them space. Humans are weird. Dogs are great though!
