This week's breed was requested by Bel Tamtu and Rensdens! Thank you very much! There are so many types of Shorthairs, and they all kinda look alike, but I thought the marble coloring on some of these guys was so beautiful, it was fun to color!

Awww my kitty is a shorthair and I always call him my roomie. My friends will be like “aww ur his dad!” And I’m like. No I’m his roommate and he doesn’t pay rent lol

2023-05-16 18:53:07 +0000 UTCI've mostly had "mutt" cats that likely would've been labeled American Shorthair (or DSH) and the marbled coated cats are just a different level of cat than many other cats lol Torties and orange cats have their reputations but I think I've known and heard of so many legendary marble cats!
