I have to be quick because I have to leave but I really enjoyed this episode! That twist really got me lol I totally fell for her act. Also loved the focus on Mal and Inara's relationship!

2024-07-03 03:27:55 +0000 UTCOne thing you missed was that Saffron called herself βMalcolm Reynoldsβ Widowβ when Inara asked who she was. Thatβs why she was so relieved/willing to act on her feelings when she found him alive.

2024-07-02 23:54:58 +0000 UTCMy own personal theory is that Saffron was just on Triumph working whatever con of hers she was working when Serenity landed, thought to herself "Hey I know some guys that would be interested in that ship" and called up some acquaintances at the scrap shop and then put her plan into action to get the ship there.
