My camera and tripod fell before this and so the angle looks kind of different. I didn't realize how much the mic you could see while I was recording but I'll make sure to fix it for the next video!

Enjoy the last review for Angel! :(

Angel Season 5 Review

Six Feet Under is on par with the show's incredible writing, characters, and performances. It also shares a lot of the same themes. I highly, highly suggest that series. Next to no one reacts to it, but it's critically acclaimed and one of HBO's original series, and was out when Buffy aired. πŸ’―

Which reactors do you like watching???

The Good Place is an excellent call... it seems to appeal to a lot of Buffy fans.

much ado about Nothing (2012) with Amy Acker and Alexis Denisof is a good one to check out. It is based on a Shakespeare play and also the movie is written and directed by Joss Whedon.

Honestly I'm looking forward to your firefly reaction, don't know if it will hit the same way as the buffyverse characters, but they, for me, are up there with my favourite cast

Ever since I watched Buffy and Angel, I haven't found any show that I think is comparable. They are pretty unique in so many ways. I don't know of any show I've seen since that so perfectly blends monster of the week with mytharc episodes β€” too many shows have episodes that are one OR the other, but I love the way Buffy intermixed the two so seamlessly. It made EVERY episode very worth watching. Though Veronica Mars is a pretty good 'spiritual successor', since it started shortly after Buffy and Angel had ended, and Joss Whedon spoke very highly of it, which is why a lot of Buffy fans ended up watching it originally. I also highly recommend The Good Place. The episodes are short (22 minutes) because it's a comedy, but it's extremely consistent throughout its 53 episode run and is another of those shows that turns out very Different From Expectations going in. Person of Interest is another great one and has some familiar faces in it (no spoilers, everyone, behave yourselves! :), and it's very thought provoking. It might be a great followup to Dollhouse.

For me, the only two shows that have come close to filling the huge whole in my heart after Buffy ended have been Lucifer and Smallville. There's plenty of reactor content for Lucifer since it's a "newer" show, but not so much for Smallville since it seems like most reactors grew up watching it already. Plus the 2 shows have the one thing I feel the Buffyverse is sadly lacking, which is lots of ships and shipping moments. Especially Smallville, since it has my favorite romantic couple of all time.

If you could have any characters from Team Buffy show up to help Team Angel fight Wolfram and Hart in the finale, who would you pick?

I'd love to see you react to Smallville and the Buffy movie. I'm sure other will mention it when you start Firefly, but it continues into the movie Serenity which is definitely worth checking out. As far other Buffy stuff, here's is the cast reunions to Buffy and Angel, and the 2 video game trailers. https://youtu.be/ozmNvsMMvRA?si=SGUigokYHn58aAt- https://youtu.be/JXxcOfUk2fc?si=KiekfYeC9-ZuwM-- https://youtu.be/HOZBI-Yg_zA?si=TIoAcnt_GMsTSJPk https://youtu.be/M5HJC2s6RHg?si=J-NyHvf1ErY4wH3F

You nailed Buffy and Angel seasons imo. My order is: S5, S3, S6, S7, S2, S4, S1 for Buffy S2, S5, S3, S1, S4 for Angel

The other character at the beginning of Buffy and the end of Angel is.... Harmony. And technically, she beats Angel, as she was also in the unaired Buffy pilot!
