I have to leave soon so I'll keep this short! I enjoyed this episode again even though it was sad seeing Wesley and Angel being pushed to the side. It still had a lot of funny moments though, like how Gru (is that his name? lol) was dressed exactly like Angel. I do like him and hope he stays around because I think he would be very helpful! Also, that ending.... What?!

2023-01-31 04:17:15 +0000 UTCI don't think Cordelia necessarily made him look like Angel *intentionally*. Cutting his hair shorter, you're going to get hat you're going to get. She's not a stylist, so short and spikey is pretty much the go to. The whole premise of her being worried about transferring the visions through sex bothers me a little. It is consistent with the Pylea plot, but overall it doesn't make sense. She's had sex at least once since getting the visions ("Expecting"). And Cordelia's "what-if" experience in "Birthday" where Angel had the visions, presumably Doyle and Angel weren't intimate. It feels a little bit like the whole thing about Angel's curse and and the nuance of him losing his soul because he has sex versus the happiness he felt with Buffy, culminating in sex with Buffy. Is there still a risk here? Maybe, but it kind of goes back to my beef with "Birthday," where Cordelia seems to think her only value to the team is having the visions, which isn't true. And now that she's part demon, even if Groo took on the visions, who's to say they wouldn't pass back to her the next time?
