I am finally getting the episode up lol This was a pretty good episode. I thought the storyline was interesting and it got pretty emotional at the end, but it does seem like we might possibly get a new character. The way Angel told him he might need his help at the end makes me think they might bring him back like Kate and have him pop back up every now and then. I would be down for that! I've been wanting a new character and he seems like someone who would be really useful to them. Hopefully I'm right and we'll see him again!

I think people like Spike and Angel are tougher than most vampires simply because they spend more time actually fighting. Vampires typically target vulnerable people and have a huge power advantage over them. They even hunt in groups to make it easier (so sayeth Jonathan in 4x17, and we see it here too). So they don't have to be particularly skillful when it comes to fighting and end up looking pretty weak when coming up against Angel.

There's just something about it that made me think - you kind of seem to have a little bit of a cat personality about you. That might be unfair, because it's only based on what you're like on camera, but you seem pretty mellow, and sometimes a little easily distracted. And I feel like if I set a glass of water on the counter, you might just walk up and knock it over just because and be like, "What? I wanted to see what would happen. I'm bored, I'm going over here now."
