That's When I Knew: Remembering Huey
Added 2020-08-15 20:18:46 +0000 UTCA tribute to the good boy. I miss him so much, and I'm glad I'll always have this little storybook to remember him by. It's been hard, but every day gets a little better.
Thank you all so, so much for letting me take a break and being so supportive. I've never been able to work through trauma or loss without a customer screaming in my face or a boss telling me to suck it up and shut up. Letting myself work on this project this week and take lots of breaks has been so healing for me, and I'll never forget the kindness everyone has shown me during this, dare I say? Shitty time. Thank you to everyone who sent me a message and left a kind comment, it's helped me more than you know! I have the best Patrons in the world. :')

This is such a personal piece and a beautiful tribute to your friend, I can’t help but be reminded of similar memories I shared with my dog. I’m glad you’ve shared this with us and I’m glad this has helped even a little with your feelings and recovery.
