LOL I won't make that mistake anymore heheh

m

funny how you already say Ma-Loi’s name right but then change it to Ma-Lai 😂

gabbriella_c

tbh da coconut nut on biniverse concert is one of my favorite performances of BINI 😂 hope you’d watch it! anyway happy to watch your reactions! 🫶🏼

gabbriella_c

No way?? That's so cool 🥹

m

Wearing those Plastic Bag Costumes was also part of their advocacy to recycle they also did this in their Grand biniverse concert but level up to the Max and it was so good you will know when you watch it ♥️👍

Aiah🐶

That's so cool :)

m

Kapit Lang was released on World Suicide Prevention Day (Sept. 10, 2021). I think that gives it more meaning. Also, the rap part was written by Aiah herself. The clips/images which they were looking at in the video, those are actually from the Blooms. BINI likes to include the Blooms in their music videos whenever they can.

Quito Nitura

IT'S ACTUALLY GOOD!!! I learned the dance LOL

m

Hahahaha you're a da coconut enthusiast 😂😂 they want to forget this era coz this is their broke era, but the song is not bad you just have to get used to it 🤣😅

still

:') they're so cool

Hi Camille! New Patron here! Thank you for reacting to BINI and for appreciating our best girls. Welcome to the rabbit hole (LOL), you won't regret checking them out! Another fun fact with Kapit Lang, it was released on September 10, 2021 which is also a World Suicide Prevention Day, hence, the message of the song. These girls are always thoughtful and are a strong advocate of inclusivity. They always make sure that their community is a safe space for everyone. Can't wait to join your journey in discovering them! 🌸

Also, Da Coconut Nut song is just a cover song of BINI. There is an original version of this song made for another group called Smokey Mountain back in 1991. This song is more like a children educational song really. My nieces actually loved this song. Lol.

MML

OH MY GOD LOL That's crazy that’s why theyre so in sync

m

Also, BINI song lyrics are very inspirational if you listen to them. They always make sure to inspire people with their music.

MML

Maloi said they practiced DA COCONUT NUT for 9 months during the pandemic that they are so sick of it and they can dance and sing it even when their eyes are closed. LOL.

MML

Da Coconut Nut is their pre-debut song which is actually a popular Filipino novelty song and Born to Win is their actual debut song.

Shaynanigans

Ohhh that makes sense!

m

Born to win was actually their debut song and Da Coconut Nut was their pre debut single.

stew

both are actually good videos that tell you about their backstories. maybe BINI Chronicles first since that was released when they were just starting

stew

Oh my god that's so sad :(( I really can't wait to watch their documentary and learn more about them. It's always so inspiring to hear how groups like them who started with almost nothing became so successful! And I'll check out that interview too! Do you think I should react to the BINI Chronicles first or that interview?

m

Da Coconut Nut and Pit A Pat (hope you'll react to it too and its dance practice) are the forbidden songs of BINI as most deem it cringe. At the time of Da Coconut Nut, the girls only had 500 pesos and a dream" (500php is around 8-10 dollars) due to the fact that they don't have much budget for the MV production. They had to borrow all their costumes from head to toe or sew it themselves and they used only one camera for all shots so they had to repeat it multiple times for different angles and shots. BINI had to promote themselves consistently both in social media and in person (they give out flyers which was thrown in the trash as seen in one of their "BINI Roadtrips" video). The company didn't spoon feed the girls and most BINI members aren't well-off, they are breadwinners or had to support their families at an early age which is very inspiring! Hope you can also react to BINI's interviewer with Karen Davila to get to know the girls as both an idol group and as daughters of their family, here's the link: https://youtu.be/6YULnrA2qtc?si=Im_G5DNHI9jTi1W_
