Ruin Me 0.40.0: Hands and Flesh

Hi, perverts! I've got a much smaller release for you than last time, but one that I'm happy to get out. It's got some followups to a couple parts of the game, plus some tune-ups and fixes for little things that needed attention.

Thank you again for the warm welcome back! If you have a place where you feel comfortable talking about Ruin Me, please let folks know about the game. There might be people who would enjoy it but don't know that it's being updated again.

Version 0.40.p adds:

The "Fugue for Innumerable Hands" night music, allowing a dream of disorienting groping. With Permissivity 1, Theresa can join in.
The ability to pierce the player character in the Sterile Parlor and change your piercings in your bedroom.
New art variations for certain poses to show the player's nipple or navel piercings, when appropriate.
Refinements to the tutorial for better dialogue flow, including cluing Pappy's gender.
A line of expository dialogue when Meg can first be involved in training if you haven't had sex with her yet.
Minor fixes and enhancements.

It also includes the following additions from 0.39.1:

A note that hanging out with Byron doesn't involve sex.
A fix for a missing label in the Sterile Parlor when transitioning from the tattoo menu to the piercing menu.
A fix for Theresa's nose hook in the "on top" pose using an outdated image file, causing a misalignment.
A fix for missing act title cards, plus a visual upgrade to them (they display at the end of the tutorial, "Approaching the Threshold", and "Basso Loco".)
Minor text adjustments and enhancements.

As patrons, you have access to the Reminisce option in your bedroom, which lets you replay old sex scenes easily; this will let you see different versions of the orgy, including changing who's invited and what things you picked during planning.
