Poll: Act III Vibe Check

The last poll was pretty spread-out, but deep throating emerged as a definite winner, so that's what I'll be implementing first for Advanced Depravity. Tied in next place were threesomes, power bottoming, and analingus: all good options that I'll pick based on how inspired I feel when it's time. Thanks so much for your input!
Ruin Me is actually getting rather close to nominal completion; once all three stats reach 4 and three of the "bird" minor ruinations are implemented, I can start work on the endgame. With that in mind, there are a few approaches I could take for development!
I definitely won't consider my work on the game done until some side stuff is fleshed out: some NPC play scenes, a few more horror expeditions, and so on. But the order in which that gets done, and how much extra stuff I do, is something I'd like your thoughts on.
Generally, what I'm asking is: should I focus on the main story, or on customizations and side stuff?
