Release 0.15 Delayed

Hey, perverts! I'm not going to do a release this week; as I was working yesterday I decided that you (and I!) deserve better than a rushed update, so I'm going to take care of myself and take the time to make next week's update solid.

I've been having a bunch of trouble lately with stress and sleeping well, which isn't good for me fighting this cough I have. I could tell it was a problem when the anxiety about the release going slowly was making it harder for me to work on the release, so I'm pushing it back.

Here's where things stand: I've got all of the planning and maybe half the writing done on the big Reform Institute investigation. It will require character art that I have sketches for but haven't started the final digital art for. I have an outline for the new play scene, but that will require some art as well.

I'm confident that I can get those finished for next week; I'll make sure they're solid, then see what else, if anything, I can add on. But I'm not going to fall into the trap of thinking that because I delayed this release that it needs to be twice as big.
