The Ideology of Apocalypse Video Notice

Hey folks.

So I've been spending all day trying to avoid doing this, it was absolutely the last thing I wanted but constant technical difficulties have made it unavoidable at this point.

I have an 80-minute video that I've been working on for pretty much the entire month. It's focused on the underlying politics/philosophy of post-apocalyptic media, looking at franchises ranging from Fallout to Mad Max to Gurren Lagann to The Matrix, and philosophers from Hobbes to Hegel to Marx to Baudrillard - and of course, Dave Rubin. It's undoubtedly the biggest and most dense project I've yet completed, and I'm extremely proud of it.

Unfortunately, releasing it has also been plagued with technical problems owing to my set-up just clearly not being well-equipped to deal with a video this long and dense. I have tried to upload this video in various forms about 4 times at this point, and each time some error has occurred and the file has been corrupted (with it taking hours between each attempt due to the size of this thing).

Rest assured, I'm going to continue to troubleshoot all of this through the night and the video will be with you all within the next day. For now though, having left this as long as I could to try and correct this issues in time, this is my charge post for this month. When the full upload goes up tomorrow morning, there will obviously be no charge. I want to thank you all for your continued support, and hope that you all understand.
