Hope everybody's doing well! Chiming in today with some regret - for a variety of reasons, getting this week's video essay done within the week has been an increasingly insurmountable task, which means it's unlikely to make it in by the usual Saturday deadline. A silver lining is that at least some of this is down to the scope of the thing - this should be one of the longer ones and cover a broad range of topics, so hopefully when it does come next week (probably around Thursday?) it'll be one you'll enjoy.
I've had one fun, dumb, low-effort content idea in my mind for a while, so rest assured we will stick by the One Video A Week promise - but I won't be charging for it, as it is very silly and different from what all of you have signed up for. Hopefully it still gives you all a laugh!
My erratic work schedule is a big part of why this Patreon is per creation and not every month, but I do strongly believe that it's important to stick to a schedule - hence why I can give assurance that I did everything in my power to try and keep things on track. Sometimes things just shake out a certain way though, and I apologize to any who feel let down. Hopefully as more people find out about this channel and the vids, I'll be able to make enough to forgo other work obligations for a bit. In any case, have a great week and see ya soon!
