In a room within the RSU campus, Claryssa Whitmore sits among students as she displays her musculature for the budding artists. Invited by her friend and modelling regular Darlene Adams, Claryssa hears the studio’s professor call the session complete for the day. Powerful arms gently flexed in a pose she could hold for long periods breathe a sigh of relief as the young woman nods and steps off the stage.

Though it was fun, Claryssa thought, she mainly signed on at Darlene’s recommendation for both an afternoon of curiosity and respect out of her new friend. The pair had grown close, an abrasive relationship at their first encounters quickly falling into friendship once the two understood one another. Opposites in many ways, Claryssa was a foil for Darlene, in personality, interests and appearance.

Darlene: So? How’s it feel to be the center of attention?

Claryssa: You know I’ve been in front of entire crowds before, right? Competing.

Darlene: Not naked, though!

Claryssa: Certainly not. It’s not for me, but was fun.

Claryssa: I apologize for it being last minute, but Darlene… would you be my final bridesmaid?

Darlene: Oh, Cee… I… I don’t know what to say… Other than yes!
