“Hey all, I’ve got a special guest starring in this months journal… It’s Hayley, another looming figure in Waterton! She’s gained enough height to turn heads around town but it’s been a very, very long time since I’ve actively done a journal with you. Has it really been five years?”

“Sounds about right. I flipped through the early pages, seems like I’m as tall now as you were in September 2023. Perhaps I should make my own journal.”

“I’d honestly love to see that!”

“Maybe, but I’ll probably leave that to you and Daisy. Here, figured I’d thank you for the folding chairs and wish you a happy birthday.”

“It’s… a robot vacuum! Hayley, you shouldn’t have! This is wonderful, I’ve always felt bad that Beatrice does the tidying up around here.”

“I’ll have to set it up later. Now lets get some numbers out to the readers, Hayley will go first. How tall were you last month?”

“Eight foot one, took some adjusting to make sure my costume fit for the party.”

“Well the ruler puts you at eight foot two. Is an inch a noticeable gain for you?”

“It seems to be pretty standard, same goes for Daisy. We’ve been growing at the same rate since I caught up and she started growing again. And you, Ayyla? I …can’t see it.”

“It’s okay, I’ll lift Beatrice later to get a reading. I’d say she likes it but that would be… an understatement.”

“I heard that!”

Well everyone, that’s the end of the audio for this journal. Beatrice joined us when she heard her name, eventually making tea and bringing cookies over for our guest. We ended up chatting about some developments that transpired during the Halloween party, something I wasn’t aware of until Hayley told me. I appreciate her coming to me for advice as Beatrice and I were in a relatable situation, I can only hope things turn out well for… the both of them. I ended up hitting 11’10”, a two-thirds inch gain. I had a great birthday month, turning 27 has been nice. Cya round!
