Now THIS was a fun week! Managed to fit some dialogue in there, it gives voice to Darlene for sure!

I promised we would do the next journal in the new office so here we are! Betty has lived up to her reputation as a savvy businesswoman and got us a deal on a downtown loft. With wide stairwells and a high ceiling, this place is fantastic. We’re quite the team, I must say, though the three of us still face the limitations we had when mom was here. We’re going to need to hire more staff, at least one or two employees could take over editing or do custom artwork.

I’ve hit 11’4” this month, my body weighing in at 1990 pounds. I can’t believe I almost weigh an actual ton. More people tend to stare when I move around, it’s just a fact of growing so large. Betty is clearly still in her honeymoon phase… But I don’t mind. Darlene looked through the last few resumes as Betty asked if we would be interested in hiring one of her former… pets? It drew a laugh from Darlene when she heard the name.

“THAT Issac? I doubt he’d fit in here, he’s our former boss that fired Ayyla!” Now, none of you are in on a little favor Betty asked of me. She’d been a little nosy when it came to Daisy and I may have… Picked her up to drive a point home. As part of an apology, I promised I’d give Darlene the same treatment. Only if she deserved it, of course. I’m sure you all know where this is going.

“Now Darlene, I think we both know Issac didn’t fire me unjustly… And in fact, I seem to remember a certain Miss Adams that has a part in it.”

“H-hey!” Darlene said. I’ll admit I felt bad for a second when I crouched down to get a hold of Darlene. I didn’t however feel bad about stepping over Betty to do it. This was her idea after all, giving the thirty-one-year-old a slight bump was what she deserved.

Now don’t you all worry, Darlene was enjoying it after her initial shock faded. Betty climbed the spiral staircase and we continued our chat about who to hire next while I… Okay, I have to admit that in the moments after Darlene relaxed and enjoyed being held by me, I …also enjoyed it. You tend to know your own body and I’d just never felt… turned on before? By like, girls. I mean, I’ve loved Beatrice but almost in a demisexual way. That’s why I’ve never considered myself a lesbian or bisexual. Was it Darlene that felt soft or …Did I enjoy that her body weighed nothing to me…?
