Glug, glug, glug. Like removing the top off a bottle full of air.

Yeah I also want a satisfying solution to why all three free-divers made it back towards the surface. Especially considering how depth down they are now, plus that they have less fat cause they have been on a diet. Which means their bouncy is basically gone along side that reason.
So using Aya until she blacks out, and then use Saki to swim up with the cousins. Which I would say that she may only be able to get to the 200M mark considering that she is carrying two girls without bouncy while stare air in her lungs. So Eri would need to meet up at the 200M mark and carry them to the surface as far as she is able to. Then Ken could be at 40 meters deep with his scuba gear to take them the rest of the way towards the surface. Or at least that is how I have it.

Saki is about to meet her Papa. hopefully the old dog will motivate her to save her friends. Ooooor maybe we'll see Saki's mother, the priestess ? :3

It’s unclear at best. What I’d like to avoid, though, is a repeat of Girl Meets Girl, where we never got a satisfying reason why all three divers made it back to the surface (and then also ended up asleep at home). We saw the trip down, so I’d like to know how they get back up. And right now, their best bet seems to be to utilize Aya until she drowns, at which point Saki takes over, and if/when Eri appears, the Shrine Maiden can leave the rest to her.

But I wonder is Eri capable to dive down and rescue two-three girls? Cause I'm unsure how good of a free diver and breath holder she really is.

From the looks of it, Chihaya has seconds of consciousness left, probably best spent flailing towards the exit. Aya is almost certainly out at this point, but hasn’t inhaled, so she has maybe a minute of an empty lung breathhold, which might be enough to haul her cousin out by the shoulder straps. Could Eri and a lightheaded Saki get the cousins back up? The Shrine Maiden likely still drowns, even if she leaves right now. If there was a point to her showing off her lung capacity (and I believe there was), she’s made it, so it really is time to go.

The big trainer girl will be saving the three, I bet.

Looks like this will be a bad end unless a miracle happens😳
