2021-04-29 12:26:49 +0000 UTCput the oiv file on your desktop then open the program "OpenIV" then select the "tools" dropdown menu and press the option "Package Installer" then you should click on "desktop" then find you OIV file you put there. Then on the menu that pops up press "install" then press the "Mods" folder then press Install* to confirm installation. Once completed successfully it should prompt you to "Run GTA V" to make sure the mod you have installed works properly.
