The future of this Patreon account (important)

Hey guys. I hope you're doing well. I want to talk about some things that are really important, because I dont want them to come out of the blue with peeps saying "I didnt know about it!". 

It's related to the future of this Patreon account and how I've been managing it. 

First and foremost, I've been heavy working for completing the stuff I owe, including a piece I had forgotten and that I got reminded via message. I am going to deliver everything, even if it still takes some time. At the same time I started my art study and other things, including the fact I'm working in the art for a videogame. 

That means that keeping Patreon exactly as its working right now became unsustainable. Lemme explain why. 

One of the reasons why I owe so much stuff is because most of the stuff I draw are comics, and these take a big toll in time, over all the ones in full color. Owing stuff and passing it to the next month goes precisely against what Patreon should be (and how I should do it). 

Originally, when I opened this Patreon account, I was faster with my comics (they had less detail back then) and in addition I didnt expect this account to grow that much. But right now I reached a point that I took 2 freakin months and even yet I havent been able to complete everything. 

This means that, while Patron will continue going, I need to change things. And I am indeed planning some huge changes. I'd love to read your own opinion about them.

• 1. I'll remove almost all the picture and comic tiers.
• 2. I'll continue drawing comics (I have yet to decide if black and white or color), but I'll limit these to 3-5 slots at most.
• 3. I'll focus this account mostly in showcasing WIPs and comics before I upload them somewhere else. Example: The ep 9 of the Pokémon comic will be uploaded here as soon as the pages are done, and I'll upload only one page every 2 days to fA, or something of sorts.
• 4. I'll upload some material only here for supporters, including some short comics or pieces.
• 5. Patrons will have access to concept art, stories, plots, alt endings or even to explanations of what I was planning for something and why I decided to opt for something else.
• 6. (of course) Tiers will change. E.g. A sketched mini art pack for peeps supporting with $1, a the sketch and a linearted one for peeps supporting with $5 and some color ones for $10, for giving an example. (Its just an idea; I havent rounded prices yet).
  
  With this basically I'll regain:

- Time to be able to study art, that is my main goal now
- Time to be able to draw my own art and comics. I have a ton of ideas and comics that I want to draw, but as for right now, I can't do them.
- Preparation for a future without having to change prices again for a loooong time. 

Most things reduce to time and the need to draw comics and stories that I want to make since long ago but that due to time constrains and the sheer volume of pending work I couldn't.

What do you think of this? I am aware its a very bold idea and that could cause a massive drop in support amounts, but I think I should do it now that I can and not later when I'm covered in work again and without the chance to have some money saved.
