King Dedede, The Self-Proclaimed King and Escargoon
Added 2024-03-24 20:38:01 +0000 UTCAt first, I didn't like Dedede's portrayal in the anime as I felt it was a bit too far from his game counterpart. I would have understood the change better if it was being portrayed as an origin story for him as he was a little meaner in the beginning and softened over time. That's what I went with in my story. Also, that southern drawl the voice actor gives him fits darn well!
