Great reactions as usual. Episode 5: 1. Shinpei not being killed is because the shadows know he can loop from hist shadow. So killing him wouldn't be good for them. As for why Hizuru wasn't killed early, that will be made known later. 2. The true stakes have been show. I love that this happens in Ep 5. If Shinpei does nothing or escapes, all his family and friends will die. 3. As a reminder, the thin gray haired man by the shadow in the wheelchair when the whole island is being consumed is the doctor of the island. We also already know he's Sou and Tokiko's dad. 4. Glad you noticed that Ushio is back earlier! Some people were thinking that she was around all this time, lol. 5. Being on Disney+ really made it so Summer Time Rendering weren't on most people's radar. But the quality of the show still made it reasonably popular. It's certainly my AOTS Episode 6: 1. It's pretty funny that Hizuru always killed Alan's shadow in the background in the previous loops and we just never saw it. 2. About shadows, we know that: a. They can copy a dead person, since Shadow Mio copied the cop even after she killed him. b. The shadow and original can be around at the same time. Shinpei and his shadow, Mio and her shadow where existing on the same island for the first 3 loops.
