I cut my drawing hand

Hi everyone,

I had a silly accident last week and I hurt my hand as you can see. For people who follow me on bluesky and IG, you already know that my recovery was very uncertain, that's why I stayed silent here. I was truly believing I would have a fast recovery, but turns out that my thumb is acting weird and the hand surgeon who is taking care of me wants to be sure nothing had been cut (like nerves or tendons etc). And for that, they need to open up my hand and look inside of it.
I have my surgery on friday, then I will know how long my recovery will be. If nothing is wrong then within a few days I could draw again. If they have to fix something, then my recovery will be slower.
During my recovery I am thinking about pausing my patreon (so none of you would have to pay for november). If my recovery will be longer (which I really hope it won't happen), I might open a fundraise to help me financially, because patreon is my only source of income.

I am going to keep this post on until my surgery, and then this weekend I will make an update regarding my recovery and what will happen here.

I cried a lot cause drawing is a great source of joy and right now everything seems scary. My hand surgeon said I will draw again and they just want to be sure my hand is recovering well.
