【お知らせ/notice】 無修正画像の修正&既存の画像投稿の削除　Correction of uncorrected images & deletion of existing image submissions

お知らせの内容ですが、誠に勝手ながら、2025年8月から投稿する作品にモザイク処理を行います。

ご存知かもしれませんが、日本では法律により性器などのわいせつ物に何らかの修正が必要です。たとえアップロード先が海外のサイトであっても、日本の法律に違反する事になるので無修正画像は投稿できません。

私はこれまで、Patreonが海外のサーバーにあるのをいいことに無修正で作品を公開してきましたが、これは非常にグレーな行動です。

これは私が日本在住である以上、無視できないものであり、長期的な活動のためにもモザイク処理は必要と判断した次第です。

仮に捕まらないとしても、「法律を違反しながら画像投稿する」という行為は自分自身やAIイラスト界隈全体の信用を傷つける事につながるため投稿しません。

無修正作品を楽しみにしている方には申し訳ありませんが、ご理解いただけると幸いです。

また、過去に投稿したR-18無修正画像の投稿についても削除していくことにしました。（健全な投稿は残します）

こちらにつきましては、過去2025年1月〜7月の各月毎にまとめたR-18イラスト集をモザイク処理を加えてzipファイルにまとめてアーカイブ投稿していく形にしました。

最近Boothにてモザイク処理済みで2025年1月、2月分アーカイブを販売開始しましたが同じ形でこちらにも随時zipファイルにまとめてアップしていきます。

Boothでは最近AI規制で二次創作が禁止になった為、内容は過去のオリキャラ（OLお姉さん）のみの提供ですがPatreonでは過去の二次創作も含めて提供していきます。ただし、一部の支援者様からのリクエスト作品は健全、R-18作品でもアーカイブ投稿はしないのでご了承下さい。

因みに去年の投稿（2024年6月〜12月）は画像データーが残っていないためR-18無修正画像は完全削除にするのでご了承ください。

昨今AI規制が強まってルール変更も多くなっていくなか、私も長期的に活動していくために今後色々と変更点も出てくると思いますが、何卒ご理解をいただけたらと思います。

またモザイク処理済みアーカイブ画像集作成につき急で申し訳ありませんが数日間新規の投稿をお休みしますのでご了承ください。

We would like to inform you that from August 2025, we will be mosaicing the works that we submit.

As you may know, the law in Japan requires some kind of modification for obscene materials such as genitalia. Even if you are uploading to an overseas site, you cannot post uncensored images because it would be a violation of Japanese law.

I have been publishing my works uncensored, taking advantage of the fact that Patreon is located on an overseas server, but this is a very gray area.

This is something that I cannot ignore as I reside in Japan, and I have decided that the mosaic process is necessary for my long-term activities.

Even if I do not get caught, I will not post the images because the act of "posting images while violating the law" will lead to discrediting myself and the entire AI illustration community.

We apologize to those who enjoy uncensored works, and hope you will understand.

We have also decided to delete the R-18 uncensored images we have posted in the past. (We will leave sound submissions)

We have decided to archive and post a collection of R-18 illustrations compiled for each month from January to July in the past 2025 in a zip file with mosaic processing.

Recently, Booth has started to sell the archives of January and February 2025 with mosaic processing, but we will upload them in the same way in zip files as needed.

Since the AI regulations at Booth have recently banned secondary works, only past OL characters (OL sisters) will be provided. However, please note that we will not archive works requested by some of our supporters, even if they are healthy or R-18 works.

In case of last year's postings (June to December 2024), please note that the R-18 uncensored images will be completely deleted because there is no image data left.

Recently, AI regulations are getting stronger and the rules are being changed more and more, and I am sure that there will be many changes in the future in order for me to continue my activities in the long term, but I would appreciate your understanding.

Also, please understand that I will be taking a few days off from posting new images due to the creation of a mosaic archive of images.
